Remote Support

To access our remote IT Support tool, please enter the 6 digit support PIN provided by your technician and then click ‘Connect to Technician’.

You will need to click either ‘Open’ or ‘Run’ twice and then click OK to allow the technician to control your desktop.

This software will allow us to provide remote technical support to your business.  The software is not permanently installed on your pc and does not allow the technician to access your computer without your permission. You may always press ‘Disconnect’ in your chat window to close the computer support session.
