| To access our remote support tool, please enter the 6 digit support PIN provided by your technician and then click 'Connect to Technician'.
You will need to click either ‘Open’ or ‘Run’ twice and then click OK to allow the technician to control your desktop. This software is not permanently installed on your pc and does not allow the technician to access your computer without your permission. To end your session, you may always press 'Disconnect' in your chat window. |
